“111 projects are delayed for various reasons during 2012-2013 as a committee was formed to end the delay problem ,” The head of the public relations committee of the provincial council Zina al-Tai told “Shafaq News”.

" All the projects were referred to implementation after overcoming obstacles ,” al-Tai added.

Prime Minister, Nuri al-Maliki has instructed all provinces to find appropriate mechanisms to end the delays problem in local or federal projects..

Many provinces suffer from delay in federal projects implemented years ago and demanded to oversee and follow-up such projects.
