The ministry said through a statement today that the company has succeeded in winning the implementation of the project construction and rehabilitation of Basra Gas Company business (the first phase) for Shell and South Gas Company and Mitsubishi by $ 75 million.

The report also pointed out that the project represents the first phase of Basra Gas Company plan to restore the entire network of its own pipeline rehabilitation and totaling 800 kilometers by different diameters of up various facilities to the North and South Rumaila, Zubair , West Qurna , Khor al-Zubayr and Umm Khaser areas, with an implementation period of the project 24 months.

The company has also succeeded in winning a draft implementation of the gas separation plant in al-Zubair for Eni Company in collaboration with Samsung Engineering Company valued at $ 67.5 million, the project includes the implementation of all the civil and mechanical work, the work of the manufacture and installation of pipes and the work of paints, with a period of implementation of the project 16 months.

The Petrojet will implement this project for the first time in Iraq to manufacture piping work "ASME" size of 400 thousand in manufacturing workshops in Rumaila area in Basra, which got a pre-adoption certificates "ASME" as the first specialized manufacturing workshops in Iraq.
