The member of the provincial council, Ali al-Dujaili told “Shafaq News" that " Dhuluiya, Balad and Dujail districts are suffering from a fuel crisis since five days ago and any quantities of fuel did not reach the districts from the Ministry of Oil."

Dujaili explained "We have asked the federal government to send sufficient amounts of fuel to the southern districts of the province, but until now did not reach the required quantities and the crisis is still ongoing."
