According to a report of KRG ,followed by “Shafaq News", “ a survey was conducted by the Department of Registration companies, as no one of companies registered in Kurdistan Region has cancelled its name in the Department of Registration companies.

The statement said that there are 2955 registered companies in Kurdistan region, including 1329 Turkish companies , 335 Iranian companies, 157 Lebanese companies , 155 UAE companies , 125 British companies , 117 American companies and 81 German companies.

The statement added that with the start of the American air raids on ISIS organization within the borders of the region, many of the airlines have to stopped its flights from Erbil International Airport temporarily or reduced its flights.

The statement quoted the director of Erbil International Airport , Talar high Faeq Saleh as saying that a lot of these companies returned its regular flights, pointing out that a total of 23 airlines, which flies through Erbil International Airport, there are only five airlines have not yet resumed its flights.

The statement noted that Sulaimaniya airport was also influenced by the security conditions but by a smaller percent , according to the Director General of Sulaimaniyah International Airport , Tahir Abdullah Qadir, who said that of the total 11 airlines that operate flights to Sulaimaniyah International Airport, only two flights were stopped for two days or three days, adding that the decline in the percentage of trips to Erbil led to a pressure on Sulaimaniyah International Airport and increasing the rate of travelers.

In the energy field, the statement stressed the return of most of the oil companies operating in the region, according to a statement by the Ministry of Natural Resources, which indicated that the military operations against the terrorists, did not affect the structure of the oil and gas of Kurdistan region.

In general, most of the oil and gas companies have returned to work and resumed their activities fully, explaining that nearly 70% of the fields are working and 95% of service companies and other gas have returned to its work.
