The conference is being held in Baghdad for the third season on a raw.

Opening the conference, which was attended by “Shafaq News,” witnessed the presence of many Iraqi specialized academics amid of a large feminist participation.

The participants presented several ideas in the conference that they have coexisted in their daily lives.

The organizing committee has chosen for this conference, 18 ideas out of more than 300 candidates.

TED X Baghdad represents an initiative composed of two parts; events that included talents on a global platform as they obtain an appreciation and share their knowledge and ideas with the world and meet international spokesmen that had previously made universal achievements, while projects allow to develop some of these ideas in the form of Iraqi initiatives that aims to serve community.

The objectives can be summarized in TEDX Baghdad Conference to three points which are highlighting creations and creators of Iraqis and give them a universal character and connecting the Iraqis creators abroad with Iraqis inside as well as contributing to the re- position of Iraq as a center of science and knowledge in the Middle East.

TED X is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion of ideas that are worth publishing.

It began in the form of a series of conferences continued for four days in the U.S. state of California, 25 years ago.

Today, TED X and through several initiatives, supports these ideas that can change the world . as the Conference invites leading thinkers , decision-makers and business in the world to talk for 18 minutes as there are views across their participation through media and Internet.
