Shafaq News/ The Popular Crowd and the army have launched on Monday the third "will of victory" operations to raid, search and clear the north areas of Jalawla and Muqdadiyah districts in Diyala and areas south of Nineveh to eliminate ISIS remnants and end its threat.

In a statement, the crowd said that the Popular Forces and the army forces were armed with the Iraqi air force. They launched the Third Victory Will to operation to clear the villages of North Jalawla and Muqdadiya within Diyala area ; raided, searched and cleared areas south of Mosul as well as  Atashana and Badoush mountains.

In addition to that , the commander of the armed forces , Adel Abdul Mahdi, the chief of staff of the army, Major General Othman al-Ghanmi, Deputy Chairman of the Popular Crowd , Abu Mahdi Mahdi, Minister of Interior , Yassin al-Yasiri and Minister of Defense,  Najah al-Shammari arrived Diyala province to oversee the operations.
