Shafaq News/ The Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Mohammed al-Halbousi opened on Thursday, the meeting of the parliament in the presence of 235 deputies.
The session was delayed for one hour due to a lack of quorum.
The 15th session is considered the first legislative term of the fourth parliamentary session in the second legislative year.
