"
He added that " this program is similar to a training course in principle to fight terrorism carried out by U.S. forces with Jordanian and Iraqi forces in Jordan earlier this year and will take part in a total of 50 soldiers from the United States , Iraq and Jordan ," persisting that "The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant is our enemy and the enemy of Iraq and we want to continue to support them in this war . "
Observers point out that the additional training to combat "terrorism " refers to the continuing concerns of the government of President Barack Obama on the increasing violence in Iraq , as bloodshed returned to levels that were not present since the height of the sectarian conflict that followed the U.S. invasion in 2003 .
