Shafaq News / An earthquake hit Khanaqin district in the vicinity of Iran, in Diyala governorate Monday morning.

The global seismic monitoring site recorded a magnitude 4.10 earthquake on the Richter scale, which occurred in the district, specifically at 10:56 local time.

Residents in Khanaqin told Shafaq News that they felt a slight sense of earthquake in some areas of the district.

This was not any news of material damage caused by the earthquake
