Shafaq News / An official security source said on Saturday, that an officer and a member of the local police was injured in an explosion that occurred south of the disputed Kirkuk governorate between Erbil and Baghdad.

The source told Shafaq News that a sticky bomb was attached to the bottom of a vehicle in which a police officer was traveling with a member of his protection exploded this morning on al-Askari Bridge south of Kirkuk resulted in their injury.
