Shafaq News / Anbar Province announced on Monday, the suspension of prayer in mosques as part of measures to prevent corona virus.

After the meeting of the cell committee in Anbar governorate, the Sunni endowment in the governorate told Shafaq News that the Sunni endowment decided to close mosques, and only call to prayer.

He added, as it was agreed to stop the Friday prayers for two weeks with the congregational prayer, and to close marriage and funeral halls .

Al-Anbar Governorate is considered to contain mosques throughout Iraq, especially Fallujah city.

For its part, the Sunni endowment in Salahuddin decided to conduct the last prayer in the mosques, starting from the evening prayer this day and until further notice.
