Shafaq News/ The court of investigation of Hilla issued an arrest warrant against the head of Babylon provincial council.

The Information center of the Supreme Judicial Council said that " Hilla investigation court of the presidency of the Court of Appeal of Babylon issued an arrest warrant against the Head of the provincial council of Babylon ,Raad Alwan for assaulting one of the demonstrators who filed a legal complaint against him according to the law."
