Shafaq News/ The Commission of Integrity revealed on Wednesday the issuance of a number of arrest warrants and travel ban against the Former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Najaf International Airport.

According to the Commission's investigations, in details of the arrest warrants and travel bans in the cases it investigated and referred them to the judiciary, the court investigating the integrity issues in Najaf province issued four arrest warrants against the former chairman of Najaf International Airport; The provisions of Article (340) of the Penal Code, in addition to an arrest warrant in accordance with the provisions of Article (341) of the Penal Code, and a decision of travel ban against the defendant.

It is worth mentioning that last month, the commission announced the issuance of three summon orders against the former chairman of Najaf airport board on the back ground of a charge of deliberately wasting public money and the existence of cases of manipulation in a number of contracts and projects concluded by the airport administration.
