Shafaq News/ Uday Awad, a member of the Iraqi parliament for "Sadiqon" bloc, which represents Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq group (League of the Righteous )led by Qais al-Khazali in the Iraqi parliament, presented an initiative consisting of 12 points out of the current crisis in the country, including the dismissal of the federal government headed by Adel Abdul Mahdi.

Awad said in a statement on Thursday that the solution of the so-called (crisis), which is not a crisis, but the people's demand for reform can be achieved easily and summarize some of the following points:

1. All political parties must give up their positions and privileges. It is unreasonable to hold 16 years of corruption and mismanagement against a prime minister who has been in power for one year.
2. Amending the Constitution in accordance with the requirements of the people and putting it to a vote within a period not exceeding one month.
3. Although Abdul-Mahdi and his government does not bear the legacies of previous governments, but the logic obliges us to end its work and the formation of a new government without quotas and far from parties nominating.
4. Call for early elections of parliament and the governors while voting on the amendment of the Constitution on condition of reducing MPs number to the quarter and the abolition of provincial councils , districts and sub-districts finally and the election of the governor directly from the people and the elected governor appoints directors of the districts and sub-districts.

5. The Ministry of Interior, Defense and other security services must withdraw all protection personnel from officials of whatever degree and enough of wasting billions of people's money.

     6.Not to nominate a dual nationality holder for any government position, even if on the degree   of an employee, except in the case of dispensing the other nationality.

6. Give the budget and powers of the provinces as given to the region.
7. Cancellation of all pensions for parliamentarians, presidents and alike.
8. Equal salaries in all ministries as it is not reasonable for an engineer in a Ministry to receives a salary 300 thousand dinars while another in another ministry receives 3 three million.
9. The Ministry of Defense must issue an order to adopt the alternative system of the Iraqi army immediately to be applied with the beginning of the new year as thousands of those with voided contracts will return to the defense and the interior and there is no time for any argument to procrastinate the issuance of this resolution.
10. We are in Sadiqon bloc even if our political age is one year, but we take responsibility for this and do not evade it.
11. There are many points must be listened to and applied by all to know that the Iraqi people did not come out for revenge or sabotage, but came out demanding a country free of corruption, nepotism and partisan and we have elected representatives before them to meet their demands if we represent them.
