Shafaq News / Basra Provincial Health Department announced on Tuesday, that it has recorded 11 new cases of corona virus and 4 cases of recovery.

A statement issued by the department received by Shafaq News stated that "the new positive cases for Tuesday reached 11 cases," explaining that "the recovery cases are 4, while the province did not record any deaths."

The statement added, "The number of total positive cases increased to 281, (17 deaths + 129 recoveries + 135 under treatment)”.

On Monday, Iraq recorded 35 new cases of corona virus and 34 recovery cases, bringing the total number of cases to 1,574, including 82 deaths and 1043 recoveries, according to the Ministry of Health.
