Shafaq News/ The Human Rights Center (a non-governmental organization) in Kirkuk province revealed on Monday, the killing of about 38 people including a civilian, a security member and terrorists, while about 18 civilians including a military member were injured for the period from the 1st of last December until today.
"The monitoring committee of the Human Rights Center in Kirkuk province monitored for the period from December 1 to the present day," the organization said in a statement received by Shafaq News today.
The organization added, "17 civilians and one military member were injured so that the number of injured reached about 18 people," pointing out that "security forces arrested 8 terrorists while security forces recorded 1 case of kidnapping."
