, Osama al-Nujaifi and Kurdistan Regions’ President , Massoud Barzani to resolve the federal budgets’ crisis for the current year .

Approving the budget of the country has been delayed despite the entry of the new year , as the parliament sessions which submits the budget witness always debate among the political blocs; leading each time to a lack of quorum and to postpone the submission of the budget for reading and voting.

Asadi said at a news conference at the parliament building attended by " Shafaq News " , that " al-Maliki is responsible for delaying the budgets’ approval for being the leader of a large bloc in the parliament , in addition to President of Kurdistan Region because of his bloc’s dispute with Baghdad about the oil file," noting , "Motahedoun bloc led by Nujaifi also holds the responsibility because his bloc boycotted the parliament sessions ."

"A tripartite meeting comprising from Maliki , al- Nujaifi and Barzani must be held to resolve the dispute and to instruct the bloc to attend parliament sessions and pass the federal budget ," persisting , "The persistence of delaying the budget will make the state collapse this year and may continue to delay it in the coming months ; because we 're going towards elections and the parliament period will end soon. "

It is worth mentioning that delayed in passing the budget led to chaos with regard to consistent financial matters of state institutions and several government departments in Baghdad as well as in Kurdistan that have failed to pay the wages of its employees for varying periods; attributing that for the failure of the government in Baghdad to give them the required financial dues due to the delay in passing the budget , according to observers .
