, to support the ideas of Kurdistan Region’s President , Massoud Barzani in Independence, waving Kurdish flags and chanting nationalist slogans to express their support for Barzani.

 One of the protesters said in an interview with "Shafaq News", that “ they came from Amadiyah and cut these long distance to announce their support for the president of the region in the Declaration of Independence”.

The President of Kurdistan region has arrived to the parliament building as the sources said that he held a meeting with the Presidency of the Parliament and then with heads of parliamentary blocs  before starting the special session of the Parliament.
