Shafaq News/ The mayor of Al-Gharaf district in Dhi Qar province announced on Sunday his resignation.

"In compliance with the current situation in our country, and to make room for new faces, I announce my resignation from the post of mayor of Al-Gharaf district," Dhaidan Aboud Dahi said in a statement received by Shafaq News.
