Shafaq News/ The families of demonstrators in the southernmost province of Basra decided to sue security leaders for issuing direct orders to kill protesters in the province.
Shafaq News reporters said that the families of the killed protesters in Basra have filed lawsuits against security leaders on charges of killing protesters.
They pointed out that the strike of students of Basra universities has entered its third consecutive week, with the continued sit-ins and student demonstrations near the building of the local government
The reporters added that the protesters returned the processions and marquees again to the sit-in location in addition to the continuation of the sit-in in al-Zubayr district for the second week in a row.
The reporters said that the demonstrations in front of oil fields and closing roads in front of staff had stopped.
Big demonstrations took place in Al-Shuyoukh district southern Nassiriya, in the southern province of Dhi Qar, the reporters said.
The reporters said that Maysan province is witnessing large demonstrations involving various segments.
Engineers also held a sit-in in front of Karbala oil refinery to demand a higher percentage for the appointment of the people of the province
