The province stated in a statement, "It assures the public opinion that it is with the right to peaceful demonstration and legitimate demands of the demonstrators, but that prejudice to state institutions does not serve anyone's interest, and prevents the delivery of services to citizens, everyone must stand united in front of any prolonged harm to public interests - as called by the religious reference. "
The province added, "As we understand the reasons and justifications for the demonstrators but these are harmful actions to public interests, we charge the Ministry of Electricity for what happened, because of the favoritism and affiliation in appointing contract employees at the station, we have worked since the beginning of the announcement of these contracts to be done in a transparent way and far of favoritism and affiliation, the governorate has opened the office of the Prime Minister and the Integrity Commission accordingly, and the Ministry of Electricity has called for the formation of committees to oversee and audit contracts allocated to the station, and we have received many promises, but they haven’t been met. "
The province called on clan elders and clerics to contribute to preserving the gains of the protest movement while preserving the departments and institutions of the state that were found to serve them at the same time. "
