The source told “Shafaq News", that “ these boxes will be sent to Baghdad to be audited , explaining that sealing took place before the committee of the National Office of IHEC” .
He added that the 68 ballot boxes all belong to Arab areas in the province, adding that most of the boxes does not contain legal official documents.
He pointed out that in this case, the process does not match the measurements and standards conditioned by IHEC Commission for the calculation of the votes.
The Iraqi Parliament elections were held on 30th of last April in all Iraqi provinces , including Kurdistan provincial councils which took place in conjunction with the provincial and districts elections.
