Shafaq News / The Special Assistant to the Speaker of the Iranian Shura Council, Hussein Amir Abdullahian accused the United States, Saudi Arabia and Israel of targeting the sovereignty and independence of Iraq, and defaming the sanctity of Karbala and Najaf.

"The Zionist-American-Saudi trinity today targets the authority of the people, sovereignty and Iraqi independence," Abdullahian said in a tweet.

He explained that ISIS entered Iraq disguised as the Iraqi people, with the full support of the US Embassy and Saudi Arabia.

"There is no doubt that enemies’ intentions in Iraq will return to them," Abdullahian said.
