Shafaq News / The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Italy announced on Wednesday that it has recorded the first infection of Corona virus by an Iraqi family in that country.

The embassy said in a statement today that the first case of Corona virus was recorded for the Iraqi community in Italy for a family of 6 in Bolzano, northern Italy.

The embassy added in its statement that it has made its efforts in following up the case of the family if placed in a quarantine in order to secure its requirements and facilitate its access to medical care, and the family is now in a stable condition.
