Shafaq News / Basra Health Department denied on Monday the spread of the deadly Corona epidemic among Chinese workers in the province.

"There was some news in social media of the spread of symptoms of Corona virus on two Chinese workers in Basra Governorate," the health ministry said in a statement today.

The statement added, "This news is not true, and there is no case of corona virus or any case of suspected illness in Basra," calling on everyone to be careful in conveying the information.
