Iraqi police chief directs by "the people’s order” to close the municipal councils

Shafaq News/ Babylon police chief, Ali Koh al-Zughaibi ordered on Monday to close the municipal councils, an official security source said on Monday.
The source told Shafaq News that “Zughaibi directed by the order of people" to close the municipal councils and hand over the buildings to the police.
