Shafaq News/ The head of the National Reform Movement, Ibrahim al-Ashaqer al-Jaafari urged on Monday political forces to expedite the selection of a prime minister instead of the resigning Adel Abdul-Mahdi and the need for the alternative person to meet the needs of people and demonstrators.
Jaafari said in a statement today that "in such circumstances, more than any other time it is needed to pour all efforts; in order to build the present and desired future of Iraq, and mobilize the good efforts to speed up the selection of a prime minister, the competent ministerial team featured with honesty and sacrifice to meet the needs of citizens and peaceful demonstrators away from abhorrent quotas, and to prevent outside interference. ''
Al-Jaafari called for "the prosecution of all those involved in the bloodshed of the demonstrators , the members of the armed security forces, and make justice, and to move forward to establish the rules of democratic experience in the new Iraq, as well as the enactment of a fair election law, and the selection of members of the Independent High Commission for elections outside the framework of quotas and the partisan situation ".
