Jubouri said "IHEC did not overcome our concerns, as the investigative committees sent by the national office to Kirkuk to investigate breaches of the election process were exposed to pressures ."

Kurdish Alliance won 8 seats in Kirkuk , Turkmen Front won two seats , Arab of Kirkuk won two seats while al-Arabiya coalition won one seat .
