Shafaq News / The Governor of Karbala, Nassif Al-Khattabi announced on Sunday that a curfew has been imposed in the province for a period of three days, starting from tomorrow, Monday.
Al-Khattabi said during a press conference of the central crisis cell for Corona virus in Karbala governorate that "the cell decided to carry out a curfew for a period of three days starting tomorrow, March 16, and excludes the relevant health, security and service departments," noting that " The curfew does not include bakeries and some shops”.
Al-Khattabi added, "The decision was made to sterilize and sanitize all of the governorate’s areas in its center, districts and sub- districts and to preserve the safety of our citizens from the people of the province."
It is noteworthy that the crisis cell in the governorates of Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Salahuddin, Maysan, Dhi Qar, Babil, and Nineveh decided to impose a curfew, at a time when the governorates of Basra, Kirkuk, Muthanna and Wasit announced that they were prohibiting movement with other governorates.
