Al-Sindi said in an interview with " Shafaq News " , that “ his health does not allow him to run in the midst of the election and continue his career because of his health deterioration, denying the existence of any other reason for this sudden withdrawal .

Sindi was born in 1943 in Zakho district in Dahuk province in Kurdistan Region .

He took over the editorship of Taakhi newspaper of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan in Baghdad since 2005 and so far .
