Shafaq News/ The adviser to the Iranian leader for military affairs, Major General ,Yahya Rahim Safavi said that the recent events in Iraq, aimed at scaring people from participating in al-Arba'een ceremony.

Safavi explained that these events will not frighten visitors, who will not hesitate to "participate even if the sky rained stone and bullets ."
