Shafaq News / The local government in Kirkuk governorate decided on Tuesday to suspend school and universities until further notice, and prevented the establishment of mourning and weddings for a period of 15 days, after recording cases of Corona virus in the province.

The Ministry of Health and Environment announced on Tuesday the diagnosis of 4 new cases of the new Corona virus in Kirkuk governorate of an Iraqi family who was visiting Iran and returned to the country.

The ministry stated in its statement that the quarantine was applied to the family and the medical examination by the competent medical has been applied by the health staff and the results of the analysis showed that the family is infected with the new Corona virus.

The statement added that all measures have been taken in accordance with the International Health Regulations to deal with the situation , hoping from the people to cooperate in the implementation of the procedures and the spread health education and awareness messages.
