Shafaq News/ The Kurdish parties will hold a meeting on Tuesday in Sulaimaniya city to complete preparations for the upcoming provincial council elections.

Rizgar Ali, the official elections office in Patriotic Union of Kurdistan said during a press conference” The Kurdish parties will participate in the elections of provincial councils in the disputed areas with one voice and one position”

” The Kurdish parties will end preparations in the provinces of Kirkuk, Nineveh, Salah al-Din, Diyala and Baghdad to participate in the elections with a unified list,” He added.

“The entry of Kurds to the elections of provincial councils with a unified list will speed up the steps to implement Article 140 of the Constitution,” He stressed.
