Shafaq News / Officials in Nineveh Governorate withdrew from a government delegation coming from Baghdad, after two bodyguards of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Adnan Dirjal were diagnosed with Coronavirus.

 “Nineveh Operations Commander Major General Noman Al-Zobaie and the Director of Nineveh Municipalities , Abdul Qadir Al-Dakhil left the meeting room during the visit of the Minister of Youth and Sports ,Adnan Dirjal to Mosul after leaks talking about the infection of two members of his protection with Corona virus, an informed source told Shafaq News Agency.

He added that the diagnosis of the case was made by the authorities of Kurdistan Region upon the arrival of the delegation there and its transfer to Mosul directly.

The source added that the infected bodyguards were not allowed to enter Erbil and have returned to Baghdad via the airport.

Moreover, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Adnan Dirjal, the Minister of Industry, Manhal Al-Khabbaz, and a number of the province’s deputies in the Iraqi parliament, in addition to Captain Yunus Mahmoud arrived to Mosul today to discuss several files.
