Shafaq News / The Iraqi President of the Republic Barham Salih discussed on Monday, with the Minister of Health and Environment, Jaafar Sadiq Allawi, the preventive measures taken to prevent the entry and spread of epidemic cases such as Corona virus.

The President of the Republic stressed the need to give the Ministry the highest importance to face the transitional diseases, and to prepare the necessary medical examinations to prevent the entry of Corona epidemic into the country, stressing the need to develop the performance of health centers and institutions, and to take all precautions that would preserve the health of citizens.

For his part, the Minister of Health reviewed the Ministry's plans to face Corona Virus threat and the steps taken to protect citizens from exposure to this epidemic by providing an appropriate health environment.
