Shafaq News / Nineveh announced on Tuesday, that working official hours will be suspended for 6 days, with a partial curfew imposed.

A statement of the governorate stated, "Referring to the decisions of the Central Crisis Cell, the governor of Nineveh governor Najm al-Jubouri attributed the suspension of official working hours in all government departments, except for service departments from tomorrow 3/18/2020 to 3/23/2020."

The statement also referred to "the application of a partial curfew from five p.m. to 6 a.m.," noting that "markets, shops and bakeries will be kept inside open places and citizens will be allowed to go shopping on foot during the ban hours."

The authorities of Kurdistan Region has imposed a curfew in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah cities in the context of facing the threat of Corona virus outbreak, which is the same decision taken by the crisis cell in Baghdad, and most of the Iraqi provinces.
