This came on the occasion of the second anniversary of the announcement of victory over ISIS, where the head of the Iraqi Army's Wounded Association, Muqdam Rahim revealed that he and seven wounded army personnel visited several months ago, the Top religious cleric Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani as he talked to them as filming was permitted in honor of them.
