Shafaq News/ The provincial council of Babylon decided on Thursday to exempt the Chairman and Vice President of the Council from their posts in response to the demands of the demonstrators.

According to al- Iraqiya News Agency " Babylon provincial council held its emergency session chaired by the oldest members, and decided to exempt the Chairman of the provincial council of Babylon ,Raad al-Jubouri and his deputy in response to the demands of the demonstrators."

It is noteworthy that angry protesters stormed at the beginning of October, the building of the provincial council, to protest the lack of jobs and services, as well as the spread of financial and administrative corruption.
