Shafaq News / Salahuddin Governorate waved on Saturday the re-imposition of a complete lockdown after recording two cases of COVID-19 within 48 hours.

The governorate has isolated the “Bani Saad” area southern  Salahuddin, after recording an infection with Corona to a student returning from Russia as he participated in a wedding party a few days ago while at the same time the crisis cell is still claiming to reassess the conditions in all administrative units, The director of the governorate’s media and spokesman for the crisis cell in Salahuddin , Jamal Akab al-Dulaimi told Shafaq News

“A total lockdown is possible if infections increased to preserve achievements of the governorate over the past periods being free of Corona infections,” Al-Dulaimi added.

It is noteworthy that Salahuddin recorded three COVID-19  , two of which were security members from outside the province, and the third was for a student returning from overseas.
