“The tribal leaders of Sunni and Shiite from Tal Afar district have consulted for the formation of a joint delegation to head to Erbil city,” the source told “Shafaq News”.

The source added that "the delegation plans to meet Kurdish leaders to demand the inclusion of the district to Kurdistan Region."

Tall Afar district is witnessing difficult security situations, because of the continuing clashes between residents of the district and the security agencies on one side, and the militant of the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant “ ISIL” organization from the other side.
