A member of the coalition , Aliya Nassif told “Shafaq News ", that "The red line is supposed to be placed on the Head of Motahedoun bloc , Osama al-Nujaifi , whether in the next presidency of the parliament or the presidency of the Republic for not succeeding in the management of the Parliament   over the past years ."

Nassif added that " Nujaifi could not make that the legislative authority over the past years as the sponsor of the executive and judicial power on the ground of being the highest authority in the country."

Motahedoun bloc led by Osama al-Nujaifi , the National bloc led by Iyad Allawi and al-Arabiya bloc led by al-Mutlaq have rejected Mailki’s taking over the Prime Minister post for a third session .

As state of law coalition got the highest seats by 93 seats , followed by Kurdistan Alliance with 62 seats, Ahrar bloc with 34 seats and citizen with 31 seats.
