The network said in a conference held in Baghdad , attended by " Shafaq News " , that “ it has spotted about 2800 notes on the public ballot and it will provide a detailed report after two weeks .
The Network recommended the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) to conduct a census to have clear form on the number of voters and to train its cadres well."
The Network said that it has seen a number of IHEC staff did not know who to use the electronic device of voting .
The network also called IHEC to speed up the declaration of the election results.
According to IHEC figures , more than 20 million voters are entitled to take part in parliamentary elections in the whole of Iraq's provinces to choose 328 MPs.
The head of the electoral district , Miqdad Sharifi said in a news conference that more than 12 million voters participated in the elections at a rate of 60 percent .
