Shafaq News / The Federal Supreme Court stressed on Wednesday its response to every violation of the rights of the components, noting that it entrenched the political, social and cultural rights stipulated in the Iraqi constitution.

"The Federal Supreme Court extends its warmest congratulations and blessings to the Christian component on the occasion of Christmas," court spokesman Iyas Samouk said in a statement today.

Al-Samouk added, “The court renews its affirmation to address every constitutional violation that would violate the rights of the Iraqi components.

Al-Samouk pointed out that "the Federal Supreme Court previously issued many rulings in this regard, and contributed to the consolidation of political, cultural and social rights for the people of the components in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the principles of human rights."
