Shafaq News / The Russian "Sputnik" agency quoted unidentified Iraqi security sources as saying that the American air attack forces were on their way to Iraq.

The agency said that these forces, which are the only of their kind in the world, namded "Division 101", will exchange positions with others in Iraq, after the recent escalation that targeted Taji camp north of Baghdad with missiles.

The agency did not clarify where the air force would be located, but it indicated the presence of "Marines" infantry that will be next to it at the same base.

It is noteworthy that these forces were also named "the eagles of a thunderbolt", and the United States used them against Iraq in the Gulf War.

A well-informed source said that the American forces accused a brigade officer of arranging the new strikes on Al-Taji camp, and asked the Iraqi forces to investigate him.

The source told Shafaq News, "According to the available information, the Americans accuse the armed faction of Al-Nujaba Movement of carrying out the strikes, and also accuses an Iraqi brigadier of arranging the transportation of the missile platforms."

"The Americans insist that this brigadier be arrested for investigation."

On Saturday, the Pentagon announced that two of the three American soldiers who were wounded in the latest missile attack in Iraq were in serious condition and being treated in a military hospital in Baghdad, the first confirmation that Americans had been wounded.

The joint operations command announced on Saturday, that 33 Katyusha rockets fell on Taji base, north of Baghdad, in the second attack of its kind in a week on the base, which includes forces of the International Alliance.

Last Wednesday evening, Taji base was attacked by a missile that killed two Americans and one British, as Washington accused the Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades of being behind the attack.

Washington responded at dawn on Friday by striking security and military sites in the governorates of Babel, Karbala and Albukamal region on the Syrian border with Iraq.
