Shafaq News / Prime Minister , Mustafa Al-Kadhimi received the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Iraq , Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert who congratulated him for the formation of the new government.

Plasschaert stressed that she is looking forward to working with the new government to serve the sovereignty and stability of Iraq, and to support the government in implementing its program.

For his part, the Prime Minister welcomed the collaboration of the United Nations with Iraq in various fields, stressing that Iraq looks forward to strengthening the relationship with the international organization to serve Iraq, especially supporting the electoral process and combating Corona pandemic.
