Shafaq News / An Iraqi police source said on Thursday that the house of the cleric and civil activist , Iyad al-Ibrahimi was subjected to an armed attack in Nasiriyah city in Dhi Qar Governorate.

The source told Shafaq News, that unknown gunmen opened fire on al- Ibrahimi’s house in Souq Al-Shuyukh district and fled to an unknown destination.

The source added that the attack did not result in casualties.
