Shafaq News / Derbandikhan District Directorate of Health, affiliated to Sulaymaniyah Province in Kurdistan Region, confirmed on Thursday that all those infected with Corona virus have recovered and the quarantine imposed on the district has ended.

"We had 33 people who were infected with the virus and after receiving the necessary treatment in the hospital, they were discharged," said Dr. Sazan Ibrahim, director of health said in a press conference held today, stressing that the health status of the recovered and their families is stable.

She added that laboratory tests were carried out for the infected people, and the results showed that they are negative and do not carry the virus.

Ibrahim added that previously the quarantine was imposed on Darbandikhan, but after all the infected people have recovered and the isolation period, the district became like any other regions and can be dealt with normally, noting that no new cases of corona were recorded in it.
