Shafaq news/ President of KRG, Masrour Barzani, confirmed today, Thursday, the need to resolve outstanding issues with the federal government "under the constitution".

Erbil said in a statement received by Shafaq News agency that Barzani, in the presence of The head of the Media and Communications Authority Ali Al-Khowaildi, received today, the Minister of Communications of Iraq, Arkan Shahab Ahmed Al-Shaibani and his accompanying delegation.

The meeting was held to discuss the possibilities to develop relations between Kurdistan and Baghdad, especially in telecommunications sector.

According to the statement, Al-Shaibani expressed his ministry's readiness to provide "all the needed support to Kurdistan to develop this sector”, saying that, "We respect the privacy of the Region and look forward to establishing the best relations with it".
