Shafaq News / The Crisis Cell in Dohuk Governorate of Kurdistan Region allowed marketing centers "Malls" and female barber salons to return to their activities while observing preventive measures to curb the outbreak of the new Corona virus.

“Facilities will include opening malls in the governorate from 9 am. until 7 p.m., but according to health conditions, including not opening cafes and children's play areas, only restaurants are allowed to work by only delivery , the cell announced in a statement received by Shafaq News, today.

The cell also decided to allow barbershops for women to carry out its work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. also, according to health conditions, and this decision will be applied from the 4^th  of May.
