Shafaq News / The District Council of Soran District, north of Erbil, the capital of Kurdistan Region, announced on Thursday the evacuation of 283 people who were quarantined on suspicion of being infected with Corona virus, stressing that the results of laboratory tests they underwent were negative, which means that they do not have the new virus.

The District Judge, Karmanj Ezzat held a press conference in which he thanked the people who were in quarantined for 14 days, and it was found that they were not infected with virus.

The local official expressed his hope that those people in Iran would not consider entering the territory of the region through smuggling, and called them to subject themselves to medical tests and quarantine to ensure their safety.
